Simplicity Wins was founded on the belief that organizations perform best when they focus less on formal structures — and more on how work, decisions, and responsibility interact in practice.
Our work combines hands-on pragmatism with proven sociotechnical thinking to help organizations remove friction from daily operations. We support leaders in clarifying decision paths, improving coordination across teams, and restoring ownership closer to where the work happens.
Willem Jan founded Simplicity Wins after more than 15 years of professional experience across real estate, construction, and complex project environments. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Radboud University, with a focus on organizational design and effectiveness. His perspective is shaped by systems thinking and a practical understanding of how structure, people, and technology influence execution.
This combination allows Simplicity Wins to bridge strategy and day-to-day operations — not by adding complexity, but by removing it.
